Rush Center for Excellence in Aging Foundations in Family Caregiving
Learning Objectives
This curriculum from the Rush Center for Excellence in Aging is designed to prepare caregiver specialists working with family caregivers in the community to understand basic concepts related to aging and caregiving. The courses here are not a comprehensive training program to address all potential challenges, but rather a foundation of knowledge to build upon with experience. Courses in this section:

- 7.25 ACEAs a Jointly Accredited Organization, Rush University Medical Center is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved continuing education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 7.25 general continuing education credits.
