Older Adult Issues for 988 and Crisis Call Centers

These six modules were created by the E4 Center to augment training provided to 988 and other crisis call centers. These modules on Ageism, Cognition, Common Life Issues, Depression & Anxiety, Substance Use, and Suicide identify issues unique to older adults that all call center staff should know to best meet the needs of older adult callers and their caregivers. Each module is approximately 15 minutes in length. The E4 Center is grateful to the Pennsylvania Area Agencies on Aging (P4A) for their support for this work.
